Adam Ratcliff – Real Estate Agent

Adam Ratcliff is a full time Real Estate Agent that focuses on Real Estate investing through both short term investing and long term buy and hold rental properties as well as helping his clients, whether they are first time buyers or seasoned Real Estate experts, buy and sell their properties.

Adam started his career as the 6th generation to work in and run his family’s business, Ratcliff Lumber, in the Lumber and Building Materials industry.  During his career in the Building materials industry Adam developed outlets for building products throughout Canada, the U.S and Overseas. Adam’s International sales & purchasing experience gives him a unique opportunity in Real Estate to access overseas buyers and market properties in Canada to buyers from all over the World, and as importantly, his negotiation experience through those transactions gives him a unique understanding of how to accommodate the different cultures that international buyers represent.

Adam grew up in the Real Estate world in a family who bought and sold commercial Real Estate, built over 1,000 vacation homes all through the Muskoka’s and surrounding area, and bought and held a wide variety of residential properties, all of which helped to nurture his current passion for all areas of Real Estate.
